We know that choosing the right physician can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. That’s why we want you to rest assured that you’ve chosen well. Below you’ll find answers to some of our patient's most frequently asked questions. We've been able to cover quite a few topics, but if there’s something that hasn't been touched on, please don’t hesitate to ask.
ARE WE ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?
All of our doctors are currently accepting new patients! Please call us to find our when our next available appointment is.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?
Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. Please call if you have questions regarding your insurance. Insurance verification is recommended prior to your appointment.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
Please bring:
Insurance cards
Names of your other doctors
Lists of current allergies, medications, and major surgeries and/or medical conditions
Any medical records you may have, and copies of x-rays or MRIs done at outside facilities, especially if you are seeking a second opinion
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete New Patient forms. We strive to stay on schedule and do not double-book our patients. New patients may require as much as 60 minutes for their initial evaluation depending on their condition.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE?
We are happy to see patients on a cash pay basis. Please call our office to discuss payment arrangement options.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a $35 fee for missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
